The Trendsetter Chapter of ABWA recently held a "Fun"d-Raiser at the Commissary in Rancho Mirage. The monies we raise on our fund raisers goes to our Education and Professional Development Funds. This money provides us to help with the costs to send our members to both our Spring and National Conferences as well as having High Quality, Market Relevant Programs with paid speakers at our monthly meetings!
     Below a few pictures from our "Queen For A Day Event". Members raised funds by soliciting donations for their candidate to be crowned Queen For A Day. We had the Queen and Two Princesses that day. Barbara deBoom, President of the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce was crowned Queen. Dannette Shipley, a Teacher and Mary Bondarin, Retired Educator were crowned as our two Princesses. Another fun and profitable day with our "Table" Decorating Contest, Silent and Chinese Auctions!
